To conduct a comprehensive UX Audit for Girlguiding across both mobile and desktop resolutions. My main objective was to analyse the journeys outwards from the homepage and the eCommerce checkout experience.
Leveraging GA4 pathway analysis, survey feedback, session recordings, and GA4 data, I crafted an extensive UX Audit. This strategic analysis can potentially boost revenue by 10-20% by implementing a free shipping incentive. Moreover, upon scrutinising user journeys from the homepage to the CMS sorting page, I identified that streamlining primary flows by eliminating steps could result in a remarkable 30% reduction in user journey time. The audit resulting in 45 pages of recommendations
I prioritised the mobile design, as 76% of users accessed the site via mobile. Furthermore, I was directed to optimising the homepage flows and the checkout journey.
