To re-design service lines website from scratch, focusing on an eCommerce journey without transactions. Therefore, selling equipment was a priority, and highlighting the services they offer customers was a critical communication piece on the homepage.
After interviewing stakeholders, we started sketching and looking at competitors such as Nisbits, etc. This project was primarily focused on the customer's journey through Servicelines' taxonomy to get to products. I completed a set of wireframes and basic prototypes to present to stakeholders, and we went through 1-2 revisions on branding and style to get to the end result.
The project also involved considering the Ali group and Serviceline taxonomy and the brands owned by the Ali brands such as Falcon and Williams. Although there was no payment journey, the design was structured to allow easy e-commerce implementation in the future. The product page was also designed to include all the technical information required for purchase.
